  • Our desired closing date is within 120 days.
  • We have an accountant for advice on tax matters.
  • The company receives revenue that significantly exceeds expenses and payments to owners.
  • All those necessary to make a decision to hire Wilkinson Law will participate on the call.​
  • We have consulted with at least one other attorney about the cost of legal services in connection with the sale of our business.​
